Dr. William Bodenstab graduated from Jefferson Medical College and completed his Urology internship and residency at UCSD Medical Center. He maintains Board Certification in Urology through the ABU and the NBPAS.

He practiced Urology in San Diego, during which time he was an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCSD, and then practiced in Hawaii. As a General Urologist, he treats male and female patients of all ages, with an emphasis on kidney stones, urinary symptoms and infections, genitourinary cancers, prostate problems, male fertility, erectile dysfunction, and sterilization. Procedures that he performs include kidney, bladder, prostate, and male genital operations, such as kidney stone work, kidney, bladder, prostate, and testicular cancer procedures, and vasectomy.

Dr. Bodenstab is an active member of the American Urological Association and the Western Section AUA. His outside interests include Scouting, ham radio, and travel.
